Jim Del Carmen provides his clients a focus on both the people and organizational aspects of change. He has been engaged in more than 100 strategic planning efforts since 1997 across multiple industries, including professional services, real estate, distribution, financial services, manufacturing, education, and not-for-profit. To complement strategy formulation, he has a proven track record in assisting clients with implementation plans that achieve profitable growth. He leverages expertise in process reengineering, organizational design, and project management for the realization of exceptional outcomes from planning endeavors.

Experience

Jim began his management consulting career with two of the Big Five firms, Andersen Consulting and Ernst & Young, serving in the change management and process improvement practices of each. He gained invaluable experience in designing and implementing solutions on large-scale engagements for Fortune 500 companies. Since 1999, he has conducted numerous workshops on such topics as strategic thinking, driving execution for results, and project management for member organizations of a regional management association. Beginning in 2004, Jim became actively involved as an owner/principal in forming several real estate development partnerships targeting opportunities in northeast Florida.

Jim has provided his services to a local educational institution and several not-for-profit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity.
