Collaborative Strategies is an entrepreneurial firm serving entrepreneurial leaders. Kevin Eichner established the company in 1983 and sold it to GenAmerica Financial Corp. (GenAm) in 1997. It returned to its strong entrepreneurial roots in 2003, when it was acquired by long-time firm principals Gina Galgano Hoagland, president, and Jack P. Smith, principal.
Our consulting team members fully embody the collaborative spirit.
